Chirp Chirp, Let me lead you to you sin

Was a human that got trapped in Silent Hill. They didn't DIE exactly, but spent much, MUCH too long inside the city, and became a part of it.

He is now a creature of deceit, and tricks. With most of his humanoid functions still in working order, if he wears a heavy coat, boots, and wraps something around his face, he can appear as a human, and thus get close tot he victims of this hell, and lure them closer to their punishments. He impedes the progress of people getting out, and will do almost anything in his power to get them to find the big boss's.

Inside his mouth are a large set of teeth, a thick black tongue, and a vile, bright green saliva. The saliva of this beast is highly bacterial, and a bit will become infected within the hour. Very similar to a Komodo Dragon.

However, in a face to face fight, he doesn't have much power behind his blows, and has very little defense. High-ish health, great speed, and intelligence is what makes him so difficult to evade.  His joints seem to break, as he can twist them all at unnatural angles, for a wider range of attacking.
